Tuition & Policies:
- Registration Fee
- A registration fee of $40 per student will be charged for each season.
- Tuition
- Tuition is split up into 9 equal payments from September to May. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for any tuition payments not received by the 10th of the month.
- If a student is to withdraw from a class, they are only responsible for the tuition due prior to the date of withdrawal.
- Our yearly tuition allows for two snow days, which are usually based on Woburn Public School’s cancellations. CASSOD will communicate with parents and students if classes are cancelled due to inclement weather.
- Competition team tuition is billed separately from regular class tuition and includes competition fees and costumes.
- Recitals
- A holiday show is held each year in December. No costumes are required for this show. The date for this year’s holiday show will be announced at a later time.
- Our annual recital is held in June of each year. Dates for dress rehearsal and the recital will be announced at a later time.
- Costumes
- Each student will need one costume for each class that is performing in our June recital. Costume payments are due by December 15th.
- Costumes are $80 each. Pre-Ballet costumes are $75.
- Costumes are non-refundable once orders have been placed.
- Costumes will only be given to the student if their costume balance is paid in full.
- Refunds
- There will be NO refunds for missed classes.
- Classroom Rules & General Knowledge
- Only water is allowed in the dance classroom. Snacks and other drinks are allowed in the waiting area.
- No gum chewing is allowed in the classrooms.
- Cell phones must be left outside of the classrooms.
- Appropriate warm-up gear is allowed at the teacher’s discretion. Dress code will be enforced throughout the year to ensure safety and proper education.
- Students are allowed to wear colored leotards and tights during the months of February and April.
- A “viewing week” is held during the month of November. This allows parents and family members to watch their dancer’s classes. Dates will be announced at a later time.
Tuition Rates:
- One 45-minute class/week = $65/month
- One 1-hour class/week = $75/month
- Two 45-minute classes/week = $115/month
- Two 1 hour classes/week = $135/month
- Two 1-hour classes & One 45-minute class/week = $135/month
- Three 45-minute classes/week = $155/month
- Two 1-hour class & One 45-minute class/week = $195/month
- Three 1-hour classes/week = $205/month
- Four 1-hour classes/week = $255/month
